Philippians 3:18-19

For, as I have often told you before and now say again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ.

Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is on earthly things.

The Creator God forgave the sins of mankind through the pain of death on the cross.

The purpose of forgiving the sins of mankind was to enable us to live according to the will of the Lord.

However, humans who received new life through the blood of the Lord do not want to live according to the will of the Lord,

they live according to the desires of their corrupted body, and do not even repent.

The end of such people is destruction. They have made human desires as their god.

They were redeemed from sin by the blood of Jesus, but they have become enemies of God again.

They claim that those who disobey the words of the Bible and believe in human doctrines will go to heaven.

therefore There are many who live as enemies of Jesus in the church.

Church members who abandon the truth of the Bible and believe in human doctrines are in fact living as enemies of God.

Romans 8:5-8

Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.

The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace;

the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God's law, nor can it do so. Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please God.

Living according to the Word of God, repenting and being forgiven for your wrongdoings is living according to the Holy Spirit.

Ignoring the Word of God and living according to the thoughts of the flesh, and living without repentance is walking the path of death.

There are many believers who follow fleshly principles.

These believers commit sins and refuse to repent.

These Christians are essentially enemies of God.

Such believers cannot please God, and therefore cannot enter heaven.

Many Christians are going to hell today. Those who go to hell don't realize it.

After falling into hell, they cry and realize they've been deceived by Satan.

Luke 6:46

"Why do you call me, 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do what I say?

Many believers call the name of Jesus only with their lips. However, their lives do not obey the Lord's words.

These believers do not have the faith to save themselves.

Those who wish to be saved must abandon human doctrines and repent and obey only the words of Jesus.

Titus 1:16

They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good.

Many people confess Jesus as their Savior with their mouths, but their lives and actions do not obey the Lord's words.

They abandon the good path and do evil.

They live according to their own pride and lustful desires.

Even if these people go to church, they belong to Satan.

matthew 7:21

"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

Not all who call on the name of the Lord will enter heaven. Only those who do God’s will will enter heaven.

Casting out demons, healing the sick, performing many miracles, prophecies, and performing many gifts is not the way to salvation.

God’s will is to believe that the Creator God came as Jesus, to follow Jesus’ words, to forgive others, to do good to others, and to repent of one’s sins.

Those who love God and their neighbors and repent of their own shortcomings will enter heaven.

James 2:20

You foolish man, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless?

There are many people in the church who have vain faith. Vain faith is disobeying the word of the Lord and not repenting.

They believe in human doctrines and go to church to fulfill the lusts of the flesh.

They boast of men more than of God, and they use gifts and prophecies to glorify their own names and honor.

Church members who do not practice the word of the Lord have vain faith.

Ephesians 5:13-15

But everything exposed by the light becomes visible,

for it is light that makes everything visible. This is why it is said: "Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you."

Be very careful, then, how you live--not as unwise but as wise,

Pastors must rebuke sins so that church members will realize their sins and repent.

Even if pastors bless church members who sin and do not repent, they will not be blessed.

When God's people sin and do not repent, their souls sleep in sin.

A sleeping body breathes and lives, while the dead body does not breathe.

A sleeping person will rise again. However, a dead person will never rise.

A soul that sleeps spiritually does not do the Lord's work at all.

If he continues to sleep, he is no different from a dead person. He must quickly rise and move.

Church members who do not live according to the Lord's will must quickly come to their senses, repent of their sins, and begin to obey.

A person who continues to sleep spiritually will wake up after falling into hell.

The mission of pastors is to prevent the congregation from falling into spiritual sleep.

Pastors must point out the sins of the congregation members who are asleep in sin and wake them up from their slumber of sin.

Pastors who abandon the Bible and follow human doctrines are those who lead their own souls and the lives of their congregation members to hell.
